Art Inkables is having an awesome challenge....4 weeks of Twilight inspired goodness! You must use their stamps to be eligible....I do not have any sets and the budget is simply not allowing for it right now, so I decided to still play, but just on my own :) Here is a link if you would like to play along with Art Inkables awesome Twi-challenges and also to shop :)

Here is my take on the challenge (again, minus the required stamps because I am I tied this in with my DT sample for the Stamp & Scrap June 2010 Week 2 challenge at SSC. I chose the first book in the series as my inspiration.

Sorry for the terrible pic. It has been gloomy here and I do not have the best lighting, so I used software that washed it out a bit. If I can find some sunshine I will take a better one, but this is Pittsgurgh and lately...well, the sun only makes a rare appearance it seems. ok....back on track here...I am STILL sick and it seems like brain is just floating around in my!

This card is actually for my mommy for father's day (long story). It will include paper tickets for the Eclipse movie and a ticket for dinner before the movie. I can't wait to give it to her because she says that I always make cards and I end up buying hers. I have made it a point to make her at least one a month. This month, I have already made her 2 :)

What are your plans for the weekend? I will be getting as much rest as I can so I can hopefully kick this illness for good!!!!

Awww...sure hope you feel better soon. Being sick is no fun. DD went to grad school in Pitt. I loved the city! Your card is great! It's a shame you can't enter it in the challenge. Your mom will love it! I sure understand broke! I've got to figure out a way to make this hobby start bringing in some bucks, or I may have to come out of retirement! lol...

Pryn sure hope you feel better soon! And, what's up with the sun this year for it's the same here? Coming to the burg on the 26th for a reunion but will only be there for the one night and will have my boys, Simba and Bailey with us. Oh yea! the comment!
