Out With the Old, In With the New...

This week there is an "Out with the Old and In with the New" challenge. The challenge is to use up some of your OLD stash to make a NEW card. The requirements for this challenge are to simply use anything older than 3 months in your stash and combine it with your newest stamp to create a card, layout or project. I am all about using up some stash!!! Here is my sample:

"{Remember The Time}":

The patterned paper used for my card is actually very old...by about 3 years! The punches are also all from older product lines. The stamps I chose for my "new" are from my newest Ippity purchase. Got them from my Ippity Chick and Sistah, Rona. To get yours too, just visit the blinkie on my side bar to the right :)

Supplies Used:
Card: Made from scrap cardstock
Cardstock: Unknown (using up scraps)
Patterned Paper: Daisy D's Autumn Collection
Ink: Versamagic Dew Drops - Jumbo Java and Sahara Sand (Tsukineko)
Stamps: Ippity butterfly - "Cherish Your Dreams" set, sentiment - "Here and Now" set
Punches: Corner Rounder (CM); Loopy Border Punch (Martha Stewart); Scallop Border Punch (Stampin' Up!); Upper Crest Border Punch (Fiskars)

Close Up of stamp piecing and layered borders:

Thankfully, tomorrow is Friday. I better get my black & gold ready to wear...pep rally for the playoff game on Saturday. Yep...my towel is ready to go ;)
