I am so glad that Mr Linky has decided to play nicely with us this week :) Just so you know...I made sure this holiday that I said how thankful I am for all of my new friends that I have met through FWF these past few weeks :D With that, I bring you a card that I made with all of you in mind...

SUPPLIES USED:
Card: Michaels
Cardstock: Unknown (using up scraps)
Patterned Paper: Flair Designs
Ink: Versamagic Dew Drops - Jumbo Java, Tea Leaves, Sage (Tsukineko)
Stamps: Unity KOTM September 2011
Twine: May Arts
Button: Foof-a-La
I hope those that celebrated Thanksgiving had a wonderful time with family and friends. It was very hard this year at my house as it was the very first without my mommy. To make things even harder, we just lost Pap 2 weeks ago. Two amazing people who shaped both my husband and myself into the people we are and the couple we have grown to be. I am ever so thankful that I have so many wonderful memories with both of them. Love you Mommy and Pap! You are in our hearts forever <3 Cherish those that you love sweet friends....and make memories EVERY chance that you get.

Hi Pryn, this is a beautiful card!! Love the colours and the wonderful sentiment. It's so hard without the parents on occasion as such, I can totally understand how you feel. But, take heart that you have been so fortunate to have great parents. Celebrate and cherish the wonderful memories you had with them. Take care! {hugs}

Wow I love the background paper you have used for this gorgeous card. That sentiment has been getting a huge workout on my cards.....it's one of my favorites of late. It is so important to cherish every moment you have with any of those you love. Nothing brings this home more than the death of a loved one.
