A blast from the past...

This is a card that I created back in September of last year.  Not my best (which explains why I have not posted it until now), but I do not have anything else to post since I have lost my mojo.  Hoping I can find it soon.  I absolutely NEED to create something...for the well being of my soul...have you ever felt like that?  These ice skates can finally be packed away until next year here in Pittsburgh.  The weather has been gorgeous and I hope to get some time to enjoy it on Sunday (my day off)...maybe even create something too ;)  {fingers crossed}

Pryn, I love your card! The skates with the laces are so cute! And the sentiment is perfect with them! Love the embossing, too! I should hope you can pack up your skates, although they just had a ton of snow in the Midwest. And we have already gone over 100 here. Crazy!!
Look for your mojo in the back of a closet--it could be hiding there. Sometimes mine does. ;^)
Hugs, Penny
Have a great weekend!

This is a wonderful card, Pryn! Glad you posted so you didn't miss a FWF week. We gotta keep it going! There's 19 inches of fresh snow here and ice still on the lake. Maybe I need those skates?!?

Simply adorable. I LOVE IT!!!!! I used to love skating as a kid. But I always had a hard time keeping my ankles straight lol.

Pryn, I lose track of my mojo on a regular basis, so I know how you feel, but I don't see where yours has gone anywhere. This card is very nice and I especially love those laces. Enjoy your day tomorrow.

I was just thinking about what Julie said.... Parts of the country still have snow, and possibly ice? Yikes! Love your little skates, Pryn!

I do know exactly what you mean about creating! I have started to do an art journal so that when I'm not sure about what I want to create, I can play around with inks and paints and just get messy without worrying :)
ps i think the CAS-ness of your card is perfect!

I've definitely felt like that before... but I've also learned that what you think is not necessarily the best of you, others find it beautiful and probably means a lot more for them. Maybe your card touched someone in a different way... Tks for sharing.

I think your card is just beautiful! We are too hard on ourselves. It's a great card and we all lose our mojo from time to time! I love all your creations!
