Xmas Cards

Here is another one...these cards were made for a card exchange for We Scrap. We only had to make 2, so it wasn't very time consuming. However, even if you were going to make a couple dozen, the sanding is what would probably take the most time.

Card fronts: The "presents" were made from Basic Grey pre-made tags (Dasher line). Edges were sanded. Ribbon for the bows is made by Darice. The background was embossed with the Cuttle Bug Snowflake A2 embossing folder. Then, it was sanded to expose the white core of the Basic Grey patterned paper (Urban Prairie line). The card itself is textured and manufactured by DCWV.


Sentiment inside: double matted with Basic Grey patterned paper (to match the front background) and red cardstock (Color Mates).


This card was actually featured in the latest We Scrap newsletter. It was a nice feeling to open it up and see it there. What a surprise :) I love that community! Check it out if you have a chance:
