Michelle Perkett Challenge and Copics class..

I had to quickly throw this pick up because I was using that link thing to post to the challenge. I didn't realize that you could not just upload straight from your computer....learning something new every day...lol ;) I am now editing in my info.

No more stone talk...I think it is bad karma...plus, I am sure that is not something one wants to read when searching for daily inspiration...ha ha! I still have them, but it is very strange that I have not had a pain in a day and a half. The doctor says when that happens it means it is floating. Whatever...no more stone talk! Tee hee! Thank you all for the well wishes. I hope it didn't seem too much like I was whining....I just needed a place to vent :)

Here is the first card that I have ever made combining challenges. I had a DT assignment for Copics over at SSC on coloring fur using a provided sketch. I fell in love with this cute little digi made by Michelle Perkett Studio. His name is Scooter. You can access her Esty shop here:
http://www.etsy.com/shop/michelleperkett

There are so many cute images that would be so fun to color. I have to pick up a few more later this week. I combined my DT card for a challenge on Michelle Perkett Studio Blog. The challenge was to use a COLOR COMBO of Kraft, Real Red, Cotton Candy Pink and White AND BUTTERFLIES along with your favorite Michelle Perkett´s image. This was my challenge entry...it was my hubby's birthday card from BadaBing. He sure loves to make cards ;)

"Happy Birthday Doddie":

Supplies Used:
Card: Michael's
Patterned Paper: Karen Foster; Basic Grey
Cardstock: Unknown (using up scraps)
Stamps: Scooter Digi (Michelle Perkett Studio)
Punch: Hearts (Tonic)
Pearl: Basic Grey
Inks: Tattered Rose and Fired Brick Distress Inks (Ranger)
Other: Oval Template; Zig Pen; Inkessentials White Pen (Ranger)
Made the challenge entry by the skin of my teeth. I had 4 minutes left to enter when I started...lol! Couldn't get blogger to upload my pics, the Ning network kept freezing up...but I made it :) This is a really fun challenge blog...if you have a second...check it out:
A new challenge posts tomorrow!
