...another year younger?

hmm...some days I feel older and some I feel younger. Today I feel as if I am not turning a year older, but that I have tricked mother nature and have turned the clock back a year. I had to share a few photos with you especially this first one. I love the look of anticipation on his face...waiting to lick the icing off of my birthday candles...he LOVES cake! We always get white cake so that he can have his own little piece. I could never deny him this little piece of heaven. His eyes practically bug right out of his head. He turns from pitbull to french bulldog in a matter of seconds...lol ;) In looking at this photo again, I do believe I see a smile. Love him so much!!!!

Now these next few photos may seem a bit boring, but this is my WORK...my boss decorated the evening before so that when I arrived early in the morning (I start at 5:30am...some days it is harder than you can imagine..lol), I would be surprised. Such a nice feeling to be so loved and appreciated and remind you, this is at WORK. Great people, great friends, big hearts...it doesn't get any better than this. I may not be working in what I have my degree in, but I am HAPPY....and that means the world :)

My boss is a Martha Stewart in training. He made these flower balloons himself. There were 3 of them. They were so cute that I hated taking them down.

Large banner over the creamer station. There was also a sign on the front door and a skinny banner with balloons that ran the whole way down the wall (I figured I would spare you photos of those). I took lots of photos to show my mom. She loves this sort of thing and I want to keep her spirits up right now as much as possible.

I am a very shy person until I get warmed up, so this was a little hard to take at first. I think I did a lot of blushing...ha ha! I topped the day off with dinner with my husband and present opening. I got some scrappy goodness of course (Mike loves Two Peas In A Bucket's wish list...lol) and club box seats for the NOTRE DAME/Pitt game!!!! I am soooooooo excited! Is it November 14th yet???? GO IRISH!!!!!!
